I liked this story. It was about time travel and two people falling in love. It could be read by all age groups due to a developing interest without explicitly. More of a tease. I gave it a 4 because it can be read as a stand-alone but the story continues. I prefer neat endings or a continuation of the same book.
This is a new spin on time travel. I enjoyed the story. The way Edward took its surrounding was well explained. I can't wait to read Hillary and Brad's story. This is the second series of Ms. Lawley that I've read and I have no negative comment about her talent for storytelling and creation of amazing characters.
This was such a good book. I'd really like to read more from this particular author. She's gets her point across without having everyone falling in bed nor is the language crude, rude or disgusting. Even made believe there might be someone out there for me too.
I liked the book! It's quick, easy to read, and I think the author did a nice job with the twist of time travel. It amazes me that someone can say that they wanted more depth of character, or some other minute problem. We're talking about a quick read, and happy romance, not deep literature. For me, if the book keeps my attention and I enjoy reading it, it gets five stars.
Timely Love is a light-hearted romance with a bit of paranormal witchery and time travel thrown in. There wasn't a major conflict in the story, other than the two main characters living in different times in history. A matchmaking witch who uses math to make her matches is a unique idea. Overall, it was a quick, sweet read.
A fun, unique take on a time -travel romance. It seemed to end rather abruptly, though i did like the epilogue giving a preview of the next case Glenda handles. I think I would have liked a bit more on the past of the 2 characters, what made them the way they are, and also on the development of the romance. A bit deeper, I guess is what I mean. Overall a fun, cute, quick little read.
Glenda Goode is a witch who uses math to cast love matches. This is a time travel book, and while I'm not a big fan of time travel I did think she did a good job of matching these two characters. Loved her writing and how believable she made the relationship between the hero and heroine. It is a short read but so well developed that I didn't feel cheated. Looking forward to reading more of this author's work.
Cute love story with a mix of magic. The characters are well developed and the story flows. Glenda the witch gives me a feeling of being untrustworthy. I did not like how the end of the story ended so abruptly. I was reading along and it suddenly stopped. Although I am curious how the story of Edward and Beth continue, I am not sure if I will continue reading.
